To begin with, our team will ask about your event type, such as a wedding, corporate event, or festival, and estimate the number of guests expected to use the restroom or shower trailer. Decide on the date and duration of the event (how many hours the trailer will be in use), and assess any location constraints, including space, terrain, and accessibility.

Next, decide on the style of the trailer. We offer standard, platinum, or signature series restroom trailers, large eight or ten-stall trailers, ADA-compliant options, shower/restrooms trailer combos, and shower trailers only as well. After browsing our site and taking a few virtual tours of the units, you should be able to choose the correct size trailer for your needs and specify any desired amenities like restroom attendant, music, hot water, etc. This is usually based on the guest count and event type/duration. However, if you still need clarification, one of our reservation team members will gladly assist you in finding the perfect trailer or trailers for your event or project.

For logistics, we will need information regarding the availability of power and water sources onsite and whether there’s a need for a generator or water hookup. Additionally, any information provided about delivery, setup, and pickup dates is beneficial to our staff when checking our calendar, as we operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Our team may ask about septic hookups onsite for the trailer’s waste removal if you have a long-term rental need. For shower units, you’ll need areas to drain grey water onsite as well, so if you can obtain that information, it would be great to put it in the additional details section.

Of course, you’ll need to provide full contact details, including name, phone number, email address, and event location, especially for long-term rentals.
